At Calibeadman, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase of our custom beaded bracelets. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. If, within this period, you find that your custom beaded bracelet does not meet your expectations or you wish to make changes, we are happy to assist you.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in crafting each bracelet, but if your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and all associated costs will be covered by Calibeadman.
  2. Customization Issues: If there is an error on our part in the customization of your bracelet (e.g., incorrect stone selection, wrong size), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue and provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at calibeadman@gmail.com or call (619) 800-1205 within the 30-day period. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Shipping Your Return: Please securely package the item, including all original packaging, and ship it to: Calibeadman PO Box 3336, Fontana, CA 92334. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom beaded bracelets that show signs of wear, misuse, or alterations not made by Calibeadman are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
